Demand planning in high demand

Brands that work with multiple 3P sellers often have difficulty receiving accurate projections and sales reports. This issue is multiplied for brands that rely on booking orders to allocate seasonal inventory, which was the case with Ariat slippers.

We became the exclusive seller for two top styles, securing over $700,000 in Q4 bookings alone—a 300% increase over the previous year's commitments from other sellers. This guaranteed revenue for the brand and reduced out-of-stock rates to less than 1%, maximizing revenue compared to the prior year when many products sold out on Amazon before Black Friday.

Listing overhaul and storytelling

As the exclusive seller, we had the opportunity to completely overhaul the Amazon listings, working closely with the brand to create content using our in-house team.

The result is visually stunning, on-brand content that not only makes the brand proud but also provides valuable assets for other retailers to use in their promotional efforts. These improvements boosted traffic through SEO optimizations and increased sales by improving conversion rates.
