Our approach

Improving Brand Storytelling and Optimizing Amazon Listing Content

Katadyn’s Amazon listings had not been updated in years due to Amazon Vendor Central’s (1P) hands-off management.

We partnered with Katadyn Group to establish new global guidelines for Amazon listing content, creating Amazon-optimized graphics and rewriting product listings with our in-house team. All the brand needed to do was review and approve the assets.

The assets created by Moore Group are also available to dealers, enabling Katadyn’s brick-and-mortar retailers to use a wide variety of promotional content.

Increasing Sales and Managing Effrtising Campaigns

By improving the design and rewriting all listings, we not only enhanced the brand's image but also increased traffic from Amazon searchers, boosted advertising efficiency, and ultimately drove higher sales.

A key priority during the transition was regaining control over pricing on Amazon and being able to enforce their MAP policy, which Amazon Vendor Central (1P) had neglected. We coordinated sales that aligned with the brand’s MAP holidays to increase revenue and strategically move products with excess inventory.

Sales from Amazon advertising increased significantly, and Katadyn no longer had to manage or pay for ad campaigns. We developed strategic advertising campaigns that are continuously monitored and optimized to further increase ad sales and ROAS.

Increasing Sales and Managing Efficient Advertising Campaigns

When working directly with Amazon Vendor Central (1P), Katadyn couldn’t stay informed on their Amazon performance because there were no options for regular meetings or comprehensive reports.

We addressed this by creating custom reporting and setting up monthly meetings to deliver actionable insights, not just data. Katadyn’s leadership team now stays up-to-date on Amazon sales performance, ongoing initiatives, and competitive activities with ease.

Given that most of the brand’s products are imported from overseas, demand planning with major accounts is essential. We provided a booking order for each month of the following year, ensuring reliable forecasting and planning.

We collected and delivered geographic sales data, enabling the sales team to identify regions that are performing well online but lagging among brick-and-mortar retailers. This information helps sales reps strengthen their partnerships with retailers. When executed correctly with great partners like Katadyn, Amazon can be leveraged as a powerful tool for growth both on and off the platform.continuously monitored and optimized to further increase ad sales and ROAS.
