PROBLEM
Christmas ornaments have a very narrow sales period, and this brand relies entirely on booking orders. They do not carry any stock or offer "ATS" inventory. Products were not reaching their full potential on Amazon.
SOLUTION
We developed a comprehensive direct import program, taking ownership of the product in China. We stocked over 600 SKUs, selling over 58,000 units and achieving a 97% sellthrough in 2023.
